Pennon Construction and team are making progress on Puget Sound Energy’s Operational Training Center. The cladding on the main OTC building is in progress, and the simulated residential units have been framed and sheathed. The main OTC building will boast state-of-the-art classrooms, labs, and training areas. The outdoor training zone will feature a simulated residential neighborhood and substation, providing invaluable hands-on experience for gas and electrical utilities.
