This project, completed in February of 2008, is a 9,600 Sq. Ft. full-service branch with a four-lane drive-up and 1,100 Sq. Ft. education center. Materials such as the masonry cladding, metal roofing, and structural steel frame were used to take advantage of the sustainable, recycled content and re-use aspects. To meet WECU's energy efficient and quality indoor environment goals, the building provides users with an abundance of daylighting coupled with energy efficient lighting design and multiple heating and cooling zones throughout the building. The building has been recognized with LEED Gold certification by the US Green Building Council, the second LEED Gold building for WECU and Zervas.
