The 5-story, 54,035 Sq. Ft. mixed use project is over one level of below grade parking and a partial on-grade parking level at the second level. It contains 61 luxury units, most of which have views of Bellingham Bay. Located in the Fairhaven Historic District, the design is evocative of the architectural style in Fairhaven from the late 1800's and meets the stringent zoning guidelines of the Fairhaven Urban Village.
Situated on a prominent site and occupying a sloping half-block, the design adapts to the topography by allowing parking access below the building off of 10th Street and structured surface parking accessed from 11th Street. Commercial spaces occupy the storefronts on both 11th and 10th Streets. The footprint of the building was carefully designed to avoid impacting an adjacent historic structure at the South East corner as well as other surrounding properties.
The unit mix includes one- and two-bedroom units, many with exterior balconies allowing more access to the bay views. The brick clad building is of wood frame construction over a concrete podium.
