The Fairhaven Tower is a 5-story 45,000 Sq. Ft. mixed use building located in the historic Fairhaven district of Bellingham, WA. It is situated on a prominent, central corner that was once the home of the iconic Fairhaven Hotel. The design, including its stately clock tower, takes inspiration from the former landmark hotel that was the premier inn for the area at the time but was heavily damaged by a fire in the mid-1950ís and was demolished.
Fairhaven Tower includes 40 residential units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom penthouse units boasting beautiful views of Bellingham Bay, historic Fairhaven and the surrounding hills and mountains. It includes street level commercial spaces and covered parking for all residents and tenants.
While being historic in appearance, Fairhaven Tower is a state-of-the-art building that employs many sustainable design strategies and energy saving features.
